HR Business Partner Lead - Support Functions & Malta

we are looking for: Minimum 6+ years of HR experience, including strong business partnering responsibilities and experience supporting senior stakeholders. Strong experience in employee relations, performance management and leadership coaching, with the confidence to manage complex people matters in a pragmatic and balanced way. A strong understanding of Maltese employment law and local HR practices. Experience working across matrixed or multi-stakeholder environments, with the ability to build credibility and influence across different levels of the organisation. Strong commercial and organisational awareness, with the ability to balance business priorities with employee needs and sound judgement. Confidence using people data and insight to identify trends, shape recommendations and support decision-making. A collaborative and hands-on approach, with the ability to move comfortably between strategic topics and operational delivery.
