HR Executive
<p><span>We are looking for a people-oriented HR Executive to support employees and managers across the full employment journey. This entails engaging in the full employee lifecycle while working closely with stakeholders across the organization.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>In this role, you will be a trusted point of contact for employee enquiries, providing timely and practical support while contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. You will have a combination of day-to-day and reoccurring responsibilities as well as ad-hoc and project related assignments.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>With access to sensitive and personal information you should be unwilling to compromise on ethics, doing things the right way and ensuring appropriate safeguarding mechanisms for Telenor.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>As HR Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Support key stages of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and offboarding.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Manage core HR operations such as payroll coordination, tax filings, HR administration, employee documentation, and data maintenance.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Prepare HR reports, workforce metrics, presentation materials, and other information to support business and HR decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Find areas of opportunities within Tech, AI, automation to drive operational efficiency or enhance operational quality.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>We are looking for you who can relate to some of the following:</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Qualification &amp; Experience</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience in a broad HR generalist role, including payroll and HR administration.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation, work pass regulations, and HR best practices.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience supporting stakeholders across different levels of the organization.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Previous experience in a multinational or international business environment is advantageous.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Proficient in HR systems such as Oracle, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Personal qualities</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable, and able to build trust across different levels and cultures.
