we are looking for: 2-4 years human resources experience within a global organization (preferably within the hi-tech industry) (required). Business level Proficiency in English (required) and additional European language is desirable. Ability to work independently and as a part of the team (required). Practical knowledge of Labor Law (required) and Working Time regulations in the assigned region. Curiosity to learn about HR and relevant labor laws in new jurisdictions is welcome. Proven analytical skills: able to analyze complex queries within the scope of expertise and propose relevant and practical solutions (required). Great communicator at all levels across the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of management and employees. Ability to prioritize in the face of multiple and sometimes overlapping priorities. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion. Bachelor's Degree (Preferred). A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered.
