Are you passionate about people development and learning?  Join AUMOVIO's Talent Management & Organisational Development (TMOD) team and gain hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement. Support learning and development programmes, including training coordination and administration Manage training logistics, registrations, schedules, and learning records Assist in onboarding activities and support new hire integration Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders Support talent management and organisational development initiatives Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Communications, or related disciplines Strong interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and HR projects Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with strong coordination skills Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Willing to learn and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams)   Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company.
