HR Manager - CDD (M/F/X)

we are looking for: 7 to 10 years in HR or payroll, with direct ownership of outcomes rather than task execution. Proven experience in employee administration. Payroll experience, hands-on or managing external providers. Strong experience with complex HRIS platforms, Workday experience is a strong plus. Strong G-Sheets skills, able to build reports and dashboards independently. Structured and process-minded, builds process ahead of need rather than reacting to failure. Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.
