HR Operations Manager

Role Overview Supporting employees in Israel you will act as a local expert and collaborate with both the regional HR Operations team and wider HR team including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and HR Business Partners. This role will support all local employee operations, administer processes and coordinate activities to facilitate world class ways of working throughout the entire employee lifecycle, contributing to a user-focused employee experience. Key Responsibilities Israel Employee lifecycle administration - own and administer all employee lifecycle processes across onboarding, employee relations, employee changes to offboarding for our employees in Israel. This includes conducting inductions, drafting paperwork, managing terminations & updating Bob, our HRIS to maintain data integrity. Payroll management - manage the relationship with our third party payroll vendor; submitting inputs, reviewing reports, troubleshooting queries and ensuring payment is made via our Finance team. Management of cyclical processes for the region i.e. compensation events, salary increases and review cycles ensuring alignment with Group. Benefits administration - administer local benefit plans, through reporting, responding to queries and managing renewals as well as managing CPD (Continuous Professional Development) fund requests. Mobility and relocations - Support with mobility and relocation to and from Israel in line with the Group approach Subject matter expert - respond to employee & global HR team member queries acting as a subject matter expert on Israel HR Operations and employment legislation. HR Operations optimisation - identify process improvements, ensuring our HR Operations are as efficient as possible whilst maintaining a solid people experience. Project & programme support - support HR Operations and wider HR Team projects and programmes as required. Support with managing HR events, HR meetings, tracking and ensuring delivery of HR activity Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Solid HR Experience at HR Manager level Proven experience managing HR Operations in Israel Strong local employment law knowledge for Israel A track record of optimising processes and ensuring compliance with local legislation Familiarity with using a HRIS (preferably HiBob) Professional level English High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Experience working in a global multinational environment
