HR Specialist
WHAT YOU WILL DO  You'll provide Learning & Development administrative support by coordinating training schedules, registrations, attendance tracking, completion monitoring, learning records management, and stakeholder communications across learning programs. You'll prepare, maintain, and validate learning and HR-related reports, dashboards, documentation, and data to support operational, compliance, and management reporting requirements. You'll deliver day-to-day HR Operations support across employee lifecycle processes, ensuring timely, accurate, and policy-compliant execution of employee transactions and activities. You'll maintain employee records, HR systems, documentation, and trackers while ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company standards and data privacy requirements. You'll collaborate with employees, managers, Finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries, coordinate operational activities, support audits and compliance requirements, and drive continuous process improvements. You have experience supporting HR processes, employee documentation, reporting, compliance activities, and employee inquiries, with exposure to HRIS, Learning Management Systems, ticketing tools, or other HR platforms considered an advantage. You possess a solid understanding of HR Operations, employee lifecycle administration, learning coordination, HR documentation, compliance requirements, and employee data management practices. You demonstrate strong organizational, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with exceptional attention to detail, data accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You can effectively manage multiple priorities, work independently, deliver excellent customer service, and consistently demonstrate accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and a continuous improvement mindset.
