HR Systems Administrator

Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience administering enterprise Human Resources applications, with hands-on UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro) experience as the primary qualification. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience managing security roles, permissions, and access controls within an HRIS platform. Experience building and maintaining business process workflows, approval chains, and notifications. Experience supporting integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications. Experience with system testing, including validating configuration changes and vendor releases prior to production deployment. Experience monitoring and maintaining data quality and data integrity across HR systems. Experience building reports and dashboards to support HR and business reporting needs. Strong documentation skills, with the ability to maintain clear and current process and configuration documentation. Experience providing end-user support and troubleshooting for HR applications. Strong communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Business Technology, InfoSec, and external vendors. Experience managing vendor relationships, including support escalations and coordination on releases. Preferred Qualifications: UKG Pro certification (strongly preferred). Workday certification, for candidates whose primary HRIS administration experience is with Workday. Deel certification preferred. Experience with Greenhouse, Degreed Learning Experience Platform, or Replicon desired. Experience administering another major Human Resources Information System, supported by relevant qualifications or certifications.
