Job description:Lead the future of PSD Hub ÖrebroAre you an experienced leader who thrives in complex, global environments and enjoys bringing people, functions, and strategies together? We are looking for a Hub General Manager to lead Parts & Services Division (PSD) Hub Örebro through an important transformation journey. This is a highly visible leadership role where you will bring together approximately 200 employees and 30 managers across multiple functions, strengthening collaboration, alignment, and engagement while helping shape the hub's future as a Solution Acceleration Center. The role reports to Vice President Operations, Christel Fuellenbach. Join our teamPSD Hub Örebro brings together a broad range of capabilities, including engineering, technical service, service training, marketing, pricing, communications, e-commerce, and operational support functions. As Hub General Manager, you will act as the senior focal point for the hub and collaborate closely with divisional leadership, global stakeholders, HR, unions, Product Companies, and Customer Centers worldwide. The role is also part of PSD's global hub network, working closely with colleagues in Nanjing, Nashik, Garland, and Johannesburg. Your missionYour mission is to create one aligned and high-performing hub organization while driving the transformation toward a stronger business-oriented and market-connected operating model. Key priorities include: Building collaboration and a strong "one hub, one team" culture across functions and locations. Leading through influence in an environment with primarily indirect leadership responsibilities. Acting as the main interface between the hub and key stakeholders across the business. Strengthening cross-functional cooperation between engineering, operations, marketing, sourcing, and customer-facing organizations. Supporting the development of structures that improve value creation, revenue visibility, and solution commercialization. Driving organizational change while maintaining employee engagement and trust. Your profileWe believe you are an experienced leader who enjoys creating clarity, bringing people together, and driving change in complex organizations. You have likely: Successfully led organizational transformation and change initiatives. Experience from large, cross-functional, and international organizations. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust across different levels of an organization. A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills. Experience from service, engineering, operations, aftermarket, or related business environments.
