Image & Editing Manager

We are looking for people with:  Deep expertise in image and video production workflows, including retouching, editing, colour management and lighting.  Hands-on experience within photography, retouching, editing or a similar visual production discipline.  Proven leadership experience within a production, studio or creative environment.  Experience managing, coaching and developing specialist teams.  Strong understanding of visual quality standards and how to maintain consistency across large-scale content production.  Experience working with external vendors, partners and production suppliers.  The ability to balance creative excellence with operational efficiency.  And people who are:  Inspiring leaders who create clarity, trust and strong team engagement.  Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with the ability to build strong partnerships across creative and operational functions.  Curious and forward-thinking, always looking for opportunities to improve capabilities, tools and ways of working.  Structured and solution-oriented, able to navigate complexity while keeping quality and business priorities in focus.  Passionate about visual storytelling, creativity and the future of content production.  WHO WE ARE   H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
