Additional driver training, proving-ground experience, safety-driver experience, or customer-oriented fleet testing experience is considered meritorious. Who are you? You are self-driven, structured, and practical, with a genuine interest in vehicles, technology, and how advanced functions are experienced by the people using them. You enjoy testing in real conditions, observing details, and understanding the difference between a function that technically works and one that feels natural, safe, and confidence-inspiring. You communicate clearly, take ownership of your findings, and like working together with others to turn observations from the vehicle into actionable improvements. You are comfortable moving between hands-on testing, technical analysis, and customer-oriented discussions, always with the goal of making our functions robust, intuitive, and valuable in everyday driving.
