You are comfortable bringing ideas to life quickly through: Sketching and visual storytelling 3D modeling and rendering Prototyping and model making 3D printing and physical exploration Design workshops and ideation sessions Presentations and design reviews You know when to zoom out and think strategically – and when to zoom in and obsess over the smallest detail. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Be a key contributor to a creative industrial design team developing innovative connected products. Lead design projects from research and early concept development through to successful product realization. Take ownership of the industrial design function within multidisciplinary project teams. Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, product developers, and business stakeholders. Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly and inspire stakeholders throughout the design journey. Contribute to cohesive product portfolios and strengthen brand expression through design. Stay ahead of competitors, emerging technologies, industry developments, and global design trends. Balance human desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility in every design decision. About You You are an experienced industrial designer with strong creative capabilities, commercial awareness, and a genuine curiosity about people, technology, and the world around you. We expect you to have: 6–8+ years of professional industrial design experience, with significant experience from a consultancy, design studio, or similarly dynamic environment. A BA or MA in Industrial Design, Design Engineering, or a related discipline. Proven experience leading projects involving multiple designers while remaining actively involved in hands-on design work. An outstanding sense of form, proportion, color, materials, and finishes (CMF). A strong understanding of global design, technology, and consumer trends. Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development. Hands-on experience with model making, prototyping, and testing. Strong proficiency in tools such as Creo, Rhino, KeyShot, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. A proven track record of delivering successful industrial design projects in an international environment. Experience designing consumer products is considered a strong advantage. A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, design excellence, and successful product development. Your Personality You are curious, proactive, self-driven, and highly collaborative. You enjoy challenging assumptions, exploring new ideas, and finding creative solutions to complex problems. At the same time, you are structured, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership from the first idea to the final outcome. You are a confident communicator and presenter who can make complex design ideas easy to understand and bring stakeholders along on the journey. You thrive in international, multidisciplinary environments and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and areas of expertise.
