Industrial Digitalization Expert

Industrial Digitalization Expert Epicz Lab is recruiting an Industrial Digitalization Expert role who knows how to turn industrial reality into scalable digital solutions. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and business value and will spend most time with customer, as well as in further leading Epicz lab Smart Operations Assessments. Your mission is simple to describe and hard to execute: make industrial processes smarter, more efficient, and future-proof through Epicz lab products. Key Responsibilities What you’ll do Lead and support digital transformation initiatives in industrial environments Analyze production, maintenance, and operational workflows and redesign them digitally Translate industrial needs into technical requirements and system architectures Work hands-on with data from operational systems (machines, sensors, PLCs, MES, ERP, and IoT platforms) Drive implementation of digital solutions (automation, monitoring, analytics, AI where it makes sense) Act as the bridge between operations, IT, vendors, and management Measure impact: efficiency, uptime, quality, cost reduction Bonus points if you Have worked with IoT platforms, data analytics, or AI in industrial contexts Understand cybersecurity in OT environments Have led or scaled digital transformation programs Worked in industry with industrial roles Required Experience & Skills Solid experience in industrial environments (manufacturing, energy, process industry, etc.) Strong understanding of industrial systems (ERP, PLC, SCADA, MES, OT/IT integration) Experience with digitalization, automation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives Ability to move between shop floor discussions and architectural decisions Structured problem-solver who focuses on business value and not tech for tech’s sake Comfortable driving change in environments that don’t always like change Epicz is driven by a bold ambition to challenge convention and turn fresh ideas into meaningful impact for industry and industrial processes.
