What you’ll do Right now, we are looking for an Information Management Manager for our Project Services team . In this role you will report to our Head of Project Services and sit within our Project Delivery function. The team supports the project by ensuring that information, documentation, and project data are structured, accessible, and managed according to our requirements throughout the project lifecycle. As Information Management Manager, you will take ownership of the project document management function and lead our team of Area Document Controllers. You will ensure that technical documentation meets project standards and requirements while developing our ways of working, systems, and interfaces with EPCM partners, OEMs, suppliers, and internal project teams. Employment: Permanent with 6 month probationary period Placement: Boden Specific to this role, the day-to-day tasks will include the following but as we are a growing company with very little silos between teams, other tasks might be included as well. - Lead and develop the team of Area Document Controllers, creating consistent ways of working across the project - Develop and continuously improve document management procedures, standards, and instructions - Take a leading role in our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Omega 365, providing guidance and support across the project - Work with EPCM partners, OEMs, and suppliers to ensure documentation requirements and standards are understood and followed - Manage and improve the use of Master Document Registers (MDR) and Document Distribution Matrices (DDM) to track project deliverables - Drive improvements in the quality and structure of project information to support construction, commissioning, regulatory requirements, and handover to operations - Support integration between the EDMS and other information management platforms, including the Asset Information Management platform - Develop reporting and dashboards that provide clear visibility of documentation status, progress, and outstanding deliverables What you’ll bring You’re curious and believe that real progress happens when we work together. Specific to this role, we would like to see that you can tick off a fair amount of the boxes below - 8+ years of experience within document control, information management, or a similar role - Strong understanding of document and data requirements within construction projects - Previous experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), with experience in Omega 365 and Autodesk Construction Cloud particularly relevant - Experience leading and developing document control teams - Good understanding of Master Document Registers (MDR), document distribution, and tracking of technical deliverables - Experience working with contractors, EPCM partners, suppliers, and multidisciplinary project teams - Good knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools - Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with professional proficiency in English Benefits at Stegra At Stegra, you’ll join a company where your work has real impact on the climate, the industry, and future generations.
