Instructional Designer I (Contractor)

Articulate Storyline is the primary and only true must-have technical tool. The manager wants someone highly comfortable building and developing within Storyline. Main focus will be creating interactive simulations, demonstrations, and sandbox/test-environment learning experiences, including identifying technology-based solutions to training challenges.
