Integration Specialist

Integration Specialist: Level 1 Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group training sessions via Zoom to assist with Learning Management System (LMS) integrations. Develop a strong understanding of McGraw Hill’s digital products, including Connect, SIMnet, and ALEKS. Collaborate with sales teams to support customer retention and identify new business opportunities. Manage the integration process for both new and returning customers to ensure a smooth experience. Promptly follow up on meetings and resolve customer inquiries related to product integration. Integration Specialist: Level 1 Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Familiarity with McGraw Hill courseware solutions like Connect, ALEKS, and SIMnet. Experience with major LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, or Moodle. 1-2 years’ experience in customer success or software implementation, preferably in higher education. Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to support users with varying technical backgrounds.
