Are you an experienced senior leader ready to take group wide responsibility for ensuring the right capabilities, capacity and leadership for the future? We are now looking for a Vice President Talent & Learning to join a large international organisation undergoing transformation. In this role, you will hold strategic responsibility for creating a coherent direction across talent management, learning, leadership development, recruitment and external workforce management. You will work closely with senior leaders, Business Areas and central functions, translating strategic business priorities into clear capability, workforce and people priorities. This is an opportunity for a senior leader who is comfortable operating at executive level in a large and complex international organisation and who combines extensive People & Culture experience with strong business acumen. The role As Vice President Talent & Learning, you will hold group-wide responsibility for ensuring that the organisation has the capabilities, capacity and leadership required to meet both current and future business needs. You will set the strategic direction and create alignment across the organisation within talent, learning, leadership development, recruitment and external workforce management. A key part of the assignment is to contribute to the continued development of a future-proof People & Culture function. You will also drive digitalisation and AI enablement at a strategic level across workforce, talent and learning to improve effectiveness, consistency and experience. Key responsibilities Define and drive the strategic direction across talent, learning, leadership development, recruitment and external workforce management. Ensure that long-term capability and workforce priorities are closely aligned with the overall business strategy. Contribute as a key member of the People & Culture Management Team and help shape and prioritise the overall people agenda. Support the continued transformation towards a future-proof and value-adding People & Culture function. Translate strategic business needs into clear People & Culture priorities, frameworks and initiatives. Drive digitalisation and strategic AI enablement across workforce, talent and learning. Partner with senior executives and leadership teams in a complex international matrix organisation. Create alignment and shared direction across Business Areas and central functions. Contribute to long-term organisational effectiveness and business transformation. Who we are looking for You are a senior leader with experience operating at executive level in a large, international and complex organisation. You are accustomed to taking responsibility for strategic, group-wide topics and navigating environments with multiple senior stakeholders and competing priorities. You combine a strong business perspective with extensive People & Culture experience and have the ability to connect strategic business priorities with long-term capability, workforce and leadership needs. You are comfortable leading through collaboration and influence and have the credibility required to engage with stakeholders at the highest levels of an organisation. We believe you have Demonstrable experience as a senior or executive leader within a large and complex international organisation. Experience of leading international, complex and group-wide strategic topics. Relevant experience within talent acquisition, learning and leadership development. Experience of long-term capability and workforce planning and priorities. Strong business acumen and a proven ability to translate strategic business priorities into impactful people initiatives. Proven experience of influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders in complex matrix organisations. The ability to navigate ambiguity, transformation and competing priorities at group level. Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in Swedish, German or Dutch is considered an advantage.
