Interior & Safety Design Engineer

You will become a member of the Interior group within the Koenigsegg Engineering team. Responsibilities Design and develop interior components and safety systems, ensuring they meet structural, aesthetic, and safety requirements.Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using CATIA V6 3DEXPERIENCE.Support the release of products into production through PLM.Ensure that products meet applicable compliance and regulatory requirements.Support the Vehicle Homologation team in ensuring regulatory compliance of the systems.Organize and carry out tests to verify component functionality and requirements.Provide technical support to ensure the successful introduction of products into production.Estimate cost and time requirements for each component.Interact with suppliers and technology providers.Collaborate closely with the Design Studio, Production, Aftermarket, Prototype, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical, CAE, and Homologation teams.
