Key Learning Opportunities & Responsibilities Employer Branding: Support initiatives and campaigns to strengthen our brand presence and attract top talent. Employee Engagement: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing engagement activities and internal communication initiatives. Learning & Development (L&D): Help coordinate training sessions, prepare materials, and track development programs. Internship Program Management: Gain hands-on experience managing the full internship lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding. General HR Support: Assist the HR team with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned. Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology , or a related field. Commitment: Available for a 5-month full-time internship . Work Arrangement: Hybrid setup ( 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home ). Skills & Attributes: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
