International Project Manager

<h5><span><strong>Role Purpose</strong></span></h5><div><p><span>Palsatech is looking for an <strong>International Project Manager</strong> to take a key role in the planning, ramp-up and operational execution of our international customer projects.</span></p><p></p></div><div><p><span>The International Project Manager is responsible for turning new customer projects from plans into well-functioning operational setups. The role covers the operational project lifecycle from tender-stage planning and project preparation through mobilization, ramp-up and operational execution to performance monitoring, project close-out and post-project analysis.</span></p></div><div><p><span>A key objective of the role is to ensure that new projects are launched in a controlled manner and delivered safely, efficiently, with high quality and with a strong focus on profitability.</span></p><p></p></div><div><h5><span>Key Responsibilities</span></h5></div><div><h6><span>New Project Planning and Ramp-Up</span></h6></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Lead the operational planning and start-up of new international customer projects.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Prepare project execution, implementation and resource plans in cooperation with sales and other relevant functions.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Plan personnel, equipment, facilities, logistics and other operational requirements.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Coordinate project mobilization and ramp-up and ensure operational readiness before project launch.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Identify operational and commercial risks and ensure they are appropriately addressed during project planning.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Support the transition from the sales and tendering phase into operational execution.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><h6><span>Operational Project Execution</span></h6></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Coordinate and support the operational execution of international customer projects.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Monitor project schedules, resources, costs, quality and operational performance.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Work closely with local project teams and supervisors to ensure successful project execution.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Identify deviations and operational bottlenecks and initiate appropriate corrective actions.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with Palsatech’s operating practices, quality requirements and operational standards.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><h6><span>Project Financial Performance and Cost Efficiency</span></h6></div><div><div><ul><li><p><span>Monitor the cost efficiency and financial performance of ongoing projects.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Analyze actual project costs against plans, budgets and targets.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Conduct post-project reviews and cost analyses in cooperation with finance and operational teams.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Identify key factors affecting project profitability and opportunities for improvement.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Use actual project data and lessons learned to improve the planning and cost estimation of future projects.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><h6><span>Sales and Tendering Support</span></h6></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Support sales in the operational planning and tendering of new customer projects.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Participate in preparing project cost estimates, budgets and resource calculations.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Assess operational costs, resource requirements and execution risks related to tenders.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Utilize historical project data to improve tender calculations and pricing.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Participate, when required, in customer discussions related to project planning and operational execution.</span></p></li></ul></div><div><h6><span>Development of Project Operating Models</span></h6></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Develop Palsatech’s operating models for the planning, mobilization, ramp
