Reporting to: International Sales Director Location: 5th Floor, HYLO, 105 Bunhill Row, London, EC1Y 8LZ Working pattern: Hybrid - minimum of two days per week in the office; up to three days per week working from home Department: International Sales Salary: £28,860 per annum General Summary An exciting opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual to join a small, busy and award-winning International Sales team. As an international sales assistant, you will be providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the sales team and coordinating marketing activity. This is an entry level position which would suit someone looking for their first role in publishing. The International team works across the group, and the role would cover both Bonnier Book UK’s children and adult publishing. This spans a huge range of titles and offers opportunity to learn across every category at a major trade publisher. Proven organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively will be key. Training will be provided for internal systems used: Biblio, Vista and Power BI. Confidence in using social media would be a plus as we are looking for someone to run the team’s Instagram account. This role will work closely with the team and liaise across the company to ensure the International team and key partners are up-to-date with bibliographic and cover detail. This role will be fundamental in helping the international sales team reach their annual budget.
