You will also gain experience in later project phases, working alongside Construction Managers on tasks such as cost control, contractor management, risk management, and other construction-related matters. Typical responsibilities may include participating in, and eventually supporting, Real Estate Developers in negotiations and project planning during the early stages of development. You will also assist Construction Managers in documenting project deficiencies and quality issues, and over time develop the ability to independently evaluate construction-related challenges and propose solutions under the guidance of experienced colleagues.   Your responsibilities:   Support Construction Managers with the documentation of construction-related defects and project issues Participate in technical drawing reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and construction standards. Support real estate developers in managing construction-related matters during feasibility study phase and early-stage project development. Provide administrative support across construction and development projects Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to support efficient project delivery. Your qualifications as a Trainee - Property Development and Construction Management Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Urban Development and Infrastructure, or a related field. Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. You should also recognize yourself in You are comfortable navigating different perspectives and balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders. You are proactive, curious, and eager to take initiative while maintaining a humble attitude and a willingness to learn. You are open-minded and receptive to new ideas, while also able to make sound decisions when needed.
