Inventory Analyst

To our client we are now seeking a 'Supply Planner' Role overview The Inventory Analyst is a key expert role focused on improving inventory performance, standardizing processes, supporting inventory governance, and driving data-driven decision making. The role combines inventory analytics, KPI management, root cause analysis, scenario building, process improvement, and stakeholder management across the supply chain network. We see this role as a step above the Supply Planner role in terms of analytical capability, independence, and ability to influence ways of working. We are primarily looking for candidates who offer: • Strong inventory management and replenishment expertise. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience working with KPI management, RCA, and performance improvement. • Strong Excel and Power BI skills. • Experience with ERP and preferably APS environments. • Ability to challenge existing processes and support standardization efforts. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Fluent English. Location requirement The position is based in Fagersta, Sweden.
