Qualifications: Minimum Required: 4-year degree or local country equivalent 3-year Clinical Research Experience Prior Accounts Payable experience in global payments Professional working proficiency in English required Other Required: Strong analytical skills Excellent time management skills Ability to drive and meet critical deadlines Analyze, reconcile, and communicate financial results with all levels of project team, both internal and at the investigative sites Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Extremely detail oriented and process driven Preferred: Investigator Payment Specialist, Senior background Exposure to investigator contracts and budgets Skills: Solid working knowledge and understanding and ability to use MS Office Suite products Intermediate to Advance Excel skills Proactive communication style Ability to work independently, as a team player Competencies: Demonstrates a working knowledge of excel for the purpose of tracker maintenance Resolves payment related issues and prioritizes workload to meet deadlines with little support from management Exhibits high self-motivation and is able to work and plan independently as well as in a team environment. Motivates other members of the project team to meet financial timelines and project goals.
