Investment/BD Manager (Europe)

As part of the Strategy team, you will work on strategic planning, analysis, insight generation and needle-moving initiatives within Garena, where fast business expansion has posed exciting opportunities and challenges. You will be working closely with senior management, in a fast-paced, global and intellectually stimulating environment, with the potential to deliver direct impact to our business. Responsibilities Source global gaming investment opportunities with a primary focus on US/EU. Build and maintain relationships with founders, studios, and gaming venture capital firms. Generate proprietary and early-access deal flow. Lead deals from sourcing to evaluation and execution. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university. Minimum 5 years of experience in venture capital, gaming investment, or gaming BD with deal-making experience. Proven track record of sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments in US/EU gaming studios. Existing network within the global gaming ecosystem (founders, studios, VCs), particularly across US/EU. Demonstrated ability to generate outbound deal flow (not inbound-driven). This position is based in Europe and offered on an independent contractor basis.
