Responsibilities: Analyse customer account and payment activity Summarise investigation findings Independently prepare and submit unusual activity reports to the Israeli FIU in Hebrew Communicate with customers to handle escalated or complex cases with strong empathy and clear communication Support ILS operations under the Israeli license by creating and refining operational frameworks Serve as first point of escalation for process-related issues within ILS operations Collaborate with Operations, Knowledge Management, Compliance, and product teams to map processes, identify issues, and develop solutions Establish and maintain effective professional relationships across all organisational levels Develop deep understanding of business models, customer types, country risks, and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money.
