IT Analyst
Responsibilities: Provide end user support on Mac and Chromebook systems. Staff in-person and/or virtual help desks. Participate in a team rotation of weekend check-ins, typically involving four hours of weekend work Provide support for international onboarding Develop a deep understanding of Oscar's internal IT functions to efficiently support end users and optimize SLAs. Adhere to established policies and procedures while assisting users, and proactively suggest improvements when necessary. Contribute to meticulous documentation maintenance, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date records. Show initiative and drive in actions, projects, and interactions, introducing positive changes to IT workflows. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Other duties as assigned Requirements: 1+ years of experience supporting Mac users in large environments, demonstrating patience in troubleshooting and educating users. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Bonus points: Updated on the latest tools for environment management. Exhibit excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Familiarity in inventory control and laptop provisioning. Display a track record of meeting deadlines, exceeding expectations, and taking ownership. Familiarity with Okta, Google Workplace, MDM, and Service desk tools (Jira/Zendesk/ServiceNow). Hold an Apple Certified Support Professional designation and JAMF 100 Certification.
