IT Analyst - Software Lifecycle Management

We bridge clients and partners & professionals throughout the talent supply chain, for the benefit of individuals, organizations and society. 🔹 For our Client from banking industry we are looking for IT Analyst – Software Lifecycle Management 🔹 Maintain and develop the Software Lifecycle experience for the Service Areas by enabling the Software Lifecycle data for the customer and also investigate and support in cases where Service Areas needs help with understanding the impact of obsolete software and also how to mitigate the software. Participate in audits related to the Software Lifecycle area is also included in work. Must have skills: Strong experience in Software Asset Lifecycle Management (SALM) and a solid understanding of software lifecycle processes. Good understanding of software and hardware technologies, IT architecture, software development processes, and IT governance. Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with application owners and cross-functional teams. Experience working with FlexeraOne or similar Software Asset Management (SAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools would be a great advantage. Good knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis. Professional proficiency in spoken and written English. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Nice to have: Hands-on experience with Flexera solutions, including FlexNet Manager Suite, Data Platform, or FlexeraOne modules such as ITAM and ITV. Additional experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) and software lifecycle management. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders, application owners, and team members.
