IT Analyst (T24)

We are looking for 2 Temenos IT Analysts to join our upstream team in a Nordic bank. Location : Gdańsk / Gdynia / Warsaw / Łódź — 2-3 days/week from the office Role Summary The person in this role will be responsible for collecting requirements from business stakeholders and documenting them as features and/or user stories, as part of a program replacing legacy local systems with a single core banking platform. The candidate will independently drive requirements from collection, through documentation, to handover to developers. This role requires the ability to work in a complex environment with many different stakeholders and dependencies, and the ability to understand that environment quickly and onboard fast. Key Responsibilities Collect requirements from business stakeholders. Document requirements as features and/or user stories. Drive the requirements process independently — from collection, through documentation, to handover to developers. Work effectively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and dependencies. Understand the program environment quickly and onboard fast Required Skills and Experience Experience with T24 / Transact. Fluent in English. Experience in the banking sector, preferably with a larger bank. Professional knowledge of banking products. 5-10+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst. Experience working in a larger program (approx. 300+ employees). Nice to Have: Experience working in a bank. Experience with Hadoop.
