IT Business Analyst / Scrum Master

Assignment description We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support future initiatives and act as a key link between business and IT. In this role, you will gather, structure and analyze requirements to ensure they are clear, complete and feasible. You will help translate business needs into actionable input for IT teams and explain technical possibilities and constraints in a way that is easy for business stakeholders to understand. The assignment includes facilitating workshops, documenting current and future states, identifying gaps and improvement areas, and proposing solutions that strengthen business processes and system support. You will work closely with development teams, project managers, product owners and other stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet both business and technical needs. You will also support prioritization, planning, follow-up and stakeholder communication throughout the delivery process. For a shorter period, the role will also include Scrum Master responsibilities. This means facilitating agile ways of working, helping remove impediments, supporting collaboration and self-organization, and leading ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Qualifications You have relevant academic education or equivalent professional experience. You have documented experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar requirements-focused role. You have experience with requirements management, process mapping and workshop facilitation. You have experience working closely with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders. You have experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile team-facilitation role. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Meriting It is meriting if you have strong knowledge of Scrum and agile ways of working. A plus is experience from manufacturing, production or shopfloor-related IT environments. It is meriting if you have knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. Experience with the MES layer within the ISA-95 automation pyramid is considered an advantage. A plus is the ability to visualize complex information in a clear and practical way. It is also meriting if you have experience documenting AS-IS and TO-BE states and supporting business process improvements. The assignment is initially 50%, with the possibility to increase to 100% during 2028.
