IT Manager

For our client we are looking for a IT Manager. Role Description The IT Responsible is accountable for the overall delivery, governance, security, and development of the organization's IT environment. The role combines strategic planning, budgeting, vendor management, infrastructure oversight, and hands-on operational support. The position is responsible for everything from day-to-day IT support and workplace technology to network infrastructure, cloud services, information security, and long-term technology strategy. Acting as the primary liaison between the business and external IT service providers, the IT Responsible ensures technology solutions are secure, cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Core Areas of Ownership • IT Budget & Financial Planning • IT Operations & End-User Support • IT Infrastructure & Networking • Microsoft Azure & Cloud Services • Endpoint Management (Intune, Apple Business Manager) • Hardware & Software Procurement • Lifecycle & Asset Management • Digital Signage Solutions • Teams Rooms & Video Conferencing Systems • Information Security & TISAX Compliance • IT Policies & Governance • Vendor & IT Partner Management • Workplace Technology & Office IT Equipment • Technology Strategy & Roadmap Key Requirements / Competencies • Experience managing Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure environments. • Good understanding of network infrastructure, including switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networking. • Experience in IT budgeting, procurement, and vendor management. • Knowledge of information security principles and compliance frameworks such as TISAX. • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, network, and cloud environments. • Ability to work both strategically and operationally in a hands-on role. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience coordinating external IT service providers and consultants. • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
