We're now looking for an experienced IT Operations & Cloud Lead to help evolve and secure our cloud platform while strengthening technical capabilities across the organisation. About the role As IT Operations & Cloud Lead, you'll play a key role within Group IT, taking ownership of the continuous improvement, security, governance, and operation of our Microsoft cloud environment. This is a senior technical role combining hands-on implementation, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and platform development. You'll work closely with architects, developers, security stakeholders, and operational teams to ensure our environment remains secure, modern, scalable, and aligned with best practices. You'll have significant influence over how we evolve our Microsoft ecosystem while helping drive automation, operational excellence, and future-ready cloud capabilities. As AI and automation continue to transform the technology landscape, you'll also help ensure our platform is ready to support modern AI-driven services and ways of working. What you'll do Microsoft Cloud & Modern Workplace Lead the continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment Evaluate new Microsoft capabilities, recommendations, and security features Drive platform development across Microsoft 365, Azure, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and operationally sustainable Identity & Security Own and improve Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management Develop Conditional Access policies, authentication methods, privileged access, and role management Strengthen our security posture using Microsoft Defender, Secure Score, and modern security capabilities Support access governance, lifecycle management, and compliance initiatives Follow up on security reviews, audits, and technical assessments Automation & Operations Drive automation and standardisation across the platform Develop solutions using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Terraform, Bicep, and related technologies Improve monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, and operational visibility Support efficient and secure platform operations through automation and infrastructure-as-code practices Technical Leadership Act as a senior technical escalation point for complex incidents and problems Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and operational teams Ensure solutions are documented, supportable, and aligned with technical standards Share knowledge and help develop technical capabilities across the organisation What we're looking for Required Strong experience managing Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management Experience with Microsoft Intune, endpoint management, and device security Strong understanding of Microsoft Defender, cloud security, and security governance Experience with Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, and Data Loss Prevention Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, and privileged access management Knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Experience with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and automation Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools Practical experience with IT service configuration, DNS, email infrastructure, and Microsoft cloud services Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and incident management skills Experience working with security, compliance, and technical governance Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken Meriting Experience with hybrid cloud environments Experience with Azure infrastructure and cloud networking Experience implementing Zero Trust principles Microsoft certifications within Azure, Security, Identity, or Microsoft 365 Experience supporting AI-enabled platforms and modern workplace technologies Who you are A senior technology professional who enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented Comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives independently A strong collaborator who works effectively across technical and business teams Curious about emerging technologies and modern cloud capabilities Passionate about automation, security, and continuous improvement Why join us?
