IT Product Manager

Requirements: 4+ years of experience with software development (e.g., prior role as developer, tech lead, or similar); Ability to read, understand, and discuss code with engineering teams; Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and distributed systems; Experience working closely with engineers on technical design decisions; Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements; Experience leading cross-functional teams with strong engineering involvement; Ability to challenge technical decisions and contribute to solution design; Experience driving end-to-end delivery of technically complex products; Fluent in English and Latvian.
