IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager is a key member of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) within the KHE Group IT organization. This role is responsible for leading KHE-wide projects, ensuring they are delivered ontime, within scope, and on budget. Acting as a central point of coordination, the IT Project Manager works closely with senior management, staff, and vendors to align project goals with organizational priorities while driving successful outcomes. Job Responsibilities Manage project activities, tasks and resources on a day-to-day basisPlanning and management of project scope, activities, timeline, budget, deliverables and milestonesCoordinate change management, issues escalation, subcontractor management, resource management and risk managementLead progress reporting to the Project Sponsor and/or Steering CommitteeBuild and own the plan (Roadmap and Project Plan) ensuring key milestones are met and dependencies managedCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersConvey a strong sense of urgency and drives issues to closureCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
