Manage the lifecycle and quality of assigned IT services Coordinate suppliers, support teams and stakeholders Drive incident, problem and change management routines Track service KPIs and lead continuous improvement Solid ITSM/ITIL experience in enterprise environments Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills Structured, communicative and delivery-focused Fluent English in speech and writing; Swedish is a strong plus Based in or able to commute to the Gothenburg area
