IT Solution Specialist

To our client we are now seeking a IT Solution Specialist Assignment Description This role will support the Product Owner in managing and developing IT services within ITGF HR. The assignment has a strong focus on service management, financial follow-up and forecasting, service lifecycle management, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement. The role includes acting as Team Coach, facilitating agile ceremonies, supporting backlog management, and enabling effective collaboration across the product team. The consultant will coordinate operational activities, incidents, changes, and technical upgrades. The role requires a broad technical understanding and the ability to support the Product Owner across initiatives involving data platforms, AI solutions, and various applications within the HR landscape. This includes supporting technical upgrades and contributing to the lifecycle management, governance, and operation of different solutions in production. Must haves: Strong experience in IT service management, service lifecycle management, and continuous service improvement. Experience in financial follow-up, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control for IT services. Experience working as a Team Coach, facilitating agile ceremonies, and supporting backlog management. Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to coordinate activities across business, IT, suppliers, and delivery teams. Experience coordinating incidents, changes, releases, technical upgrades, and operational activities. Good understanding of SaaS solutions, especially Workday, including service governance, integrations, vendor management, security, and lifecycle considerations. Broad technical understanding of cloud platforms, applications, integrations, data flows, and modern IT environments. Understanding of Workday and its integration possibilities Understanding of Databricks and modern data platforms. Understanding of AI solutions and their lifecycle, Ability to support the Product Owner in translating business needs into technical activities, priorities, and service improvements. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Structured, proactive, and able to independently drive activities through completion.
