<p><strong>About Nordic Air Defence</strong></p><p>Nordic Air Defence, headquartered in Stockholm, develops cutting-edge defensive solutions for both civilian and military applications. We combine expertise in electronics, mechanical design, embedded systems, software engineering, and AI.</p><p>In September 2024, Nordic Air Defence unveiled its first product, the Kreuger 100, a dual-use drone-interceptor platform engineered in Sweden by a diverse, international team. Our engineers and operators bring experience from leading defence, drone, and tech organisations worldwide, including Palantir, Kratos, SAAB, Anduril, and others.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>This is a full-time, on-site role in Stockholm. As <strong>IT Support Engineer</strong>, you will own and support the day-to-day IT environment across our offices, production facilities, and flight-test operations.</p><p>You will provide hands-on support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts and devices, and help maintain secure and reliable IT systems.</p><p>This is a highly practical role. You will be expected to move quickly, understand real systems, and solve messy problems with users, engineers, and external partners.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Set up, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, workstations, mobile devices, printers, meeting-room equipment, and other IT hardware.</p></li><li><p>Manage employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective, including equipment, accounts, permissions, and documentation.</p></li><li><p>Manage user accounts, access rights, licences, email, collaboration tools, and identity-management systems.</p></li><li><p>Manage and support telephony, communication, and collaboration systems to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, cloud systems or a similar hands-on IT role.</p></li><li><p>Strong practical knowledge of Windows, MacOS, Linux, and common workplace IT environments.</p></li><li><p>Experience administering Microsoft 365 or similar cloud-based productivity and identity platforms.</p></li><li><p>Experience with cybersecurity and information security, including security best practices, access control, endpoint security, and incident handling.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in Swedish and English</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in defence, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or similar</p></li><li><p>Experience in a fast paced startup or scaleup company</p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud based infrastructure, DevOps, Gitlab, and CI</p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Generous PTO and holidays</p></li><li><p>Competitive salary </p></li><li><p>Stock options with upside in the company’s success</p></li></ul><p><strong>Additionally:</strong></p><ul><li><p>You are ideally a citizen of a NATO country</p></li><li><p>You must be prepared to relocate to Stockholm permanently</p></li><li><p>Any experience working with the defence industry</p></li></ul><p></p>
