Engage the vendor on all technical matters (e.g. review of technical solution/assessment on technical impact of delivery / feedback on quality/ensure solution has no impact on organization IT security and effectiveness of vendor. Responsible for managing & reporting technical risks. Control and Maintain the quality of the developments (norms & standards, frameworks, source control, technical reviews, code reviews) Provide guidance to team members. Participate to recruitment, on-board and train new comers. Contributing Responsibilities When needed, Participate to the full development lifecycle including design, estimation, planning, development, unit test, release and implementation support. Work with the Business Analyst and Solution architects to understand the business requirements and translate them to technical solutions in the application. Contribute / review the technical specifications. Technical & Behavioral Competencies Proficient with Spring Batch, Multi-Threading, Spring Boot, Spring data JPA, PostGre / OracleDB Hands-on experience as Senior Developer, coaching team members and leading the building and delivery of Web / API solutions. Mentor a team and work with groups effectively. Strong knowledge about design patterns and development principles. Good practical knowledge of design of RDBMS and SQL. Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Exposure on Container Technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes General banking knowledge or Banking knowledge related to Wealth Management / Private banking Specific Qualifications: Java / Web Technologies and Frameworks Java 8+, Spring Framework SQL and ORM (JPA, Hibernate) REST API JMS SQL / PL/SQL / T-SQL Docker, Kubernetes CI/CD (BitBucket, Jenkins, Nexus, Serena) Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities) Behavioral Skills: ​ ​ Ability to understand, explain and support change ​ ​ ​ Ability to develop and adapt a process ​ ​ ​ Ability to develop others & improve their skills ​ ​ ​ Ability to anticipate business / strategic evolution ​ ​ ​ Ability to manage a project ​ WHY JOIN CAPCO?
