The role involves both backend and frontend development, with a strong focus on Java EE, messaging, system integration, and modern Angular development. The position is based in Luleå with partial remote work. The consultant must be able to work on-site in Luleå at least one day per week. During certain periods, additional on-site presence may be required. The assignment requires security clearance/classification, which must be completed before the assignment can begin. Required Experience The ideal candidate should have: At least 6 years of experience developing with Java EE At least 3 years of experience with JMS API Experience with messaging technologies such as ActiveMQ, IBM MQ or RabbitMQ At least 5 years of frontend development experience with Angular Experience with Angular 20 or later Competency level 4 experience Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English Additional Technical Requirements Experience with the following technologies and areas: CCN-2 / enterprise system integration Git JMS / MQ queues JBoss or WildFly JUnit Cucumber Oracle Database Agile/Scrum development Enterprise application development and integration Candidate Profile We are looking for a hands-on Senior Java Developer with strong enterprise development experience and the ability to work across both backend and frontend technologies.
