Join our DevOps & Platform team in Gothenburg

TECHLA is a Gothenburg-based consulting company working with modern product development across software, embedded systems, cloud and DevOps. We’re looking for DevOps Engineers to join our client projects. We’re not looking for someone who simply keeps systems running. We want people who enjoy improving delivery workflows, automating manual tasks and building robust, scalable platforms that stand up in production. Whether you’re looking for permanent employment or freelance work, we’re flexible. What matters is that you’re keen to build, improve and make an impact. We think you have Several years of experience in DevOps or platform engineering in production environments. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps Strong Linux skills Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP Worked with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation Experience with scripting in Bash, Python or PowerShell A solid understanding of system architecture, networking and security You don’t need to know every tool on the list. We’re looking for someone confident in their skills, curious by nature and motivated to keep learning. Even better if you’ve worked with DevSecOps Observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or Datadog Building or operating Kubernetes clusters Regulated or security-critical environments The mindset we’re looking for For us, being a great engineer is about more than technical skills. We’re looking for people with a strong consulting mindset – people who understand that great consulting is about creating real value, taking ownership and being someone both the team and the client can rely on. You’re highly skilled at what you do, but you’re also a doer who cares about quality. You don’t wait for someone else to solve the problem. You communicate openly, share knowledge, contribute to a positive team dynamic and believe that the best results are created together. At the same time, you’re humble, genuine and enjoy working with people who challenge and support each other. In short, we’re looking for engineers who want to go beyond – technically, professionally and as part of a team.
