As Junior Brand Manager, Norway you will be responsible for supporting brand growth and execution for our Eucerin & Hansaplast brands across the Norwegian market, ensuring strong alignment between commercial, media, and marketing activities. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract Your Tasks Launch & Trade Marketing Coordinate product launches, including bi-annual briefings and trade presentations Prepare and deliver product and promotional materials to trade partners Gather and consolidate business data to support commercial presentations Media Planning & Campaign Execution Support local brand planning and execution in Norway Manage annual activity plans (with quarterly briefings to media agency (OMD) Brief creative and media agencies (e.g., Publicis Red+) Handle purchase orders for media and creative activities Collaborate with media manager and agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets Influencer & PR Coordination Plan and coordinate PR and influencer activities in the Norwegian market Collaborate with Nordic Brand Manager and International Activation Manager to ensure strategic alignment Performance Tracking & Analysis Monitor monthly sell-in data (IQVIA FlexView) and track brand performance Provide insights to support commercial decisions and performance optimization Assortment & Business Cases Manage local assortment for Norway Support development of business cases (e.g., Omnibus/BPR) for Nordic presentations Budget & Financial Management Own and manage the marketing budget for the category Track spend, evaluate performance, and ensure efficient allocation of resources Monitor P&L and analyze sales, market share, and consumer insights Product Information Management (PIM) Ensure accurate and timely product data for all launches Maintain and update assortment information consistently Your Profile Experience & Background 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, or a related commercial role Experience with campaign execution, agency coordination, or FMCG/pharma is a plus Exposure to data analysis and performance tracking is beneficial Skills & Competencies Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales and performance data Good communication and presentation skills, both internally and towards external partners Detail-oriented with a structured way of working Commercial understanding and interest in brand development Languages Strong skills in English (spoken and written) – required Good understanding of Norwegian (reading, writing, and speaking) – strong advantage Personal Attributes Proactive and self-driven with a willingness to learn and grow Collaborative team player with ability to work across functions and markets Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong sense of ownership and accountability Please submit your CV in English At Beiersdorf, we see you as a person – far beyond your title or role.
