As Junior Collection Merchandiser at our Stockholm HQ, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our collections through analysis, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with teams across the business, you will help shape a balanced product offering that strengthens both commercial performance and the Acne Studios brand. WHAT YOU WILL DO As Junior Collection Merchandiser, your main contribution will be to support the development of a balanced and commercially relevant collection by turning insights into actions throughout the range-building process. You will report to the Senior Collection Merchandiser. You will play a vital role in supporting collection strategy, range planning, and business performance through analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration by: Research market trends, competitors, and price positioning Support range planning and collection development Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities and risks Prepare sales reports, collection overviews, and merchandising guidelines Support collection presentations for commercial teams Prepare materials for meetings and key milestones Maintain merchandising data and product information in PLM Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams WHO YOU ARE You have high aspirations and focus on details that create substantial impact. Specific personal qualities for this role: Organised and able to manage multiple priorities Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented Collaborative, adaptable, and positive Curious about fashion, consumer behaviour, and market trends Specific experience and knowledge for this role: Degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field 2+ years' experience in merchandising or a similar role, preferably within luxury or premium fashion Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint Experience working with PLM systems is a plus Fluent in English What matters most to us is not whether you master all the listed knowledge and skills.
