Junior Consultant (m/f/d) in Commercial Strategy & Transformation
the opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives such as business development, recruitment, and culture-building activities.   What you bring to the table We are looking for active Master’s students with a strong interest in commercial strategy, transformation, and consulting. Ideally, you: Are currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (business, economics, engineering, or a related field) and will remain enrolled for the duration of the role Are dedicated, proactive, and eager to learn Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Communicate fluently in German and English, French is a plus Are curious, empathetic, and willing to challenge assumptions constructively Have a genuine interest in people, teamwork, and building relationships Bonus: You are curious about digital trends and enjoy staying up to date on topics such as digitalization, AI, platforms, or emerging technologies   What we offer From day one, you will work closely with experienced consultants who will support your learning and development.
