You will work closely with global partners and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, testing, and launch of roaming services while maintaining accurate documentation and tracking progress.</p></div><hr><h3><strong>Goals</strong></h3><div><p>• Ensure timely coordination and execution of roaming rollout activities<br>• Maintain accurate and updated documentation in roaming management tools<br>• Support smooth testing and launch of roaming services<br>• Build effective collaboration with internal teams and roaming partners</p></div><hr><h3><strong>Key responsibilities</strong></h3><div><p>• Establish and maintain communication with roaming partners<br>• Support negotiation and coordination of International Roaming Agreements (IRAs)<br>• Coordinate testing and launch activities as per rollout plans<br>• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays in execution<br>• Resolve operational issues and escalate when required<br>• Maintain accurate data and status updates in management systems<br>• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams</p></div><hr><h3><strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong></h3><div><p><strong>Experience</strong><br>• 1–2 years of experience in mobile roaming or telecom operations<br>• Exposure to coordination of roaming rollout or similar activities</p></div><div><p><strong>Skills:</strong><br>• Strong organizational and multitasking skills<br>• Ability to work in a structured and systematic manner<br>• Good communication and collaboration skills<br>• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks effectively</p></div><div><p><strong>Education:</strong><br>• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field<br>• Equivalent practical experience may be considered</p></div><hr><h3><strong>Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas</strong></h3><div><p>• Basic understanding of mobile roaming processes and rollout lifecycle<br>• Familiarity with IREG and/or TADIG processes (preferred)<br>• Experience working with international stakeholders and partners<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint)<br>• Basic technical understanding of mobile networks and roaming services</p></div><hr><h3><strong>Potential Career Path</strong></h3><div><p>• Growth into senior coordination roles within roaming operations<br>• Opportunities to move into specialist or managerial roles in telecom services<br>• Exposure to international projects and cross-functional career development</p></div><hr><h3><strong>The practicalities</strong></h3><div><p>Application deadline: 31 July 2026</p></div>
