Junior Management Consultants to Financial Services Consulting - August 2027

We are looking for high performing and talented team players who are recent or soon to be graduates. More specifically, we want you to have: - Preferably a master’s degree in business, IT, engineering, law, or a comparable field. We also welcome candidates with other relevant educational backgrounds or equivalent experience - A strong business and digital mindset - Excellent communication skills - Multilingual proficiency (fluency in English is required, Swedish is an advantage) - Analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities - Excellent academic results - Genuine interest in the financial services sector - Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in teams - We also value international experiences, prior work experiences as well as other engagements and achievements indicating personal drive, ambition, and passion We look forward to welcoming new colleagues.
