The Financial Services Consulting unit consists of approximately 90 professionals focused on the financial services sector, including banks, insurers, wealth managers, and associated companies. You will join a global organization and work across a variety of areas with competent and inspiring colleagues. Our Management Consultants — change agents, business developers, and subject-matter experts — are guided by agile, delivery-focused, and inclusive ways of working. Together with our clients, we help change the financial services sector for the better. We provide transformational capabilities in complex and strategic areas within Finance, Risk & Regulatory, Operations, and Technology, as well as in sector-specific domains such as Payments and Claims. We support our clients in change initiatives covering system and regulatory implementations, sustainability, AI, integrations and separations, cost reductions, and efficiency improvements, as well as project and program management.
