Junior Operation Specialist - Austria

As Junior Operations Specialist Austria you will be a part of the Daily Operations DACH team, working and supporting customers in Austria ensuring operational excellence. The role is fully remote and requires occasional customer and other stakeholder visits. What you'll do: Together with Operational Account Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in AustriaManage daily operations and planningFirst point of contact for our customers and other partners such as carriers and workshops for electric trucksCoordinate internal stakeholders such as invoicing, hardware and chargingAnalyze, optimize and report performance securing agreed customer KPI´s and SLA´s are achievedHandle and resolve customer requestsMonitoring support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviationsSupport customer deployment projectsCustomer on site visits and go live supportSupporting account managers with backoffice tasks What we're looking for: Successful apprenticeship (z.B. The minimum salary for this position is 2738,10 EUR gross per month on a full-time basis. This is a full-time remote position based in Austria.
