Junior Test Engineer - Dynamic Engine Test Cell

For our client Aurobay we are looking for a Junior Test Engineer - Dynamic Engine Test Cell. Aurobay develops and produces world-class hybrid engines and transmissions. As a Test Engineer you will install engine to test cell and connect equipment relevant to the test. You will be responsible for the correct execution of the test and make sure the measurement data quality level is fulfilled. You will also perform service and contribute to troubleshooting of the testbed and the test object when needed. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for maintaining the testbeds in such condition that they are capable and robust with high uptime to be able to produce measurement data 24 hours a day. Main responsibilities: o Preparing test cells, test objects and any associated equipment for the planned test activities. o Setting up and running tests in test cells. o Reporting any issues with the test cells and/or test objects and actively participating in fault tracing. o Performing daily updates of applicable time reporting and diaries. o Taking on a technical support role within the group if a need arises. o Writing instructions / how-to materials. o Taking responsibility for gathering the knowledge needed within the area of responsibility and keeping the knowledge up to date. Skill requirements o B.Sc. or Technical college graduate together with working experience of similar tasks. o Experience from mechanical work or from testing is advantageous. o Good knowledge in automotive test cell systems (AVL PUMA, ETAS INCA) o Cooperating: Building partnerships and working together with others to reach common targets. o Result oriented: Ability to achieve results during changing of prerequisites o Manage own development: Searching for new ways of own development and challenges. o Building trust: Acting honestly with integrity and sincerity o Fluent in English and Swedish Meritorious: o Forklift license and driver's license PayExpress: We now offer a fast and smooth payment solution, so you don't have to wait through long payment periods.
