Kitting Area Manager - all genders

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in leadership within production, industry, logistics or other process-driven operations. You have experience of leading larger groups and, above all, of leading other leaders, and you have solid experience of working analytically and of identifying and driving efficiency improvements in a production environment. As a person, you are confident, clear and trustworthy. You can see the big picture, understand figures and results, and read between the lines to identify what needs to be developed. You are a natural leader whom others look up to and trust. You dare to make decisions, ask the right questions and delegate responsibility. We would like you to have: Experience of leading larger, complex organizations, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with a focus on the whole production process (End2End). Experience of driving efficiency improvement processes in a production environment. Experience of leading and developing managers. Good experience of working towards goals and KPIs. Experience of responsibility for staff, work environment and budget. A coaching and structured leadership style. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a must-have for this role. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. A B driving licence (Swedish category B). Experience from the food industry is an advantage but not a requirement.
