We are looking for a Senior AI Consultant Here you will play a key role in driving the adoption of AI and new ways of working across the engineering organization. The assignment focuses on turning an AI strategy into practical change across the entire product development lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and shaping ideas to development, production and learning from customer feedback. This is a role with a strong focus on influence, enablement and organizational change, rather than traditional project delivery. We're looking for someone who can combine a strong engineering background with the ability to drive change across a larger organization. This is an influence role, not a delivery role. Success is how widely and well new ways of working take hold, not what gets shipped. What we are looking for: Has huge drive and initiative. Thinks like a product person as much as an engineer: understands product development, not just how to build software.
